Spending hours bent over reels of wire, winding and weaving, could be considered obsessed. I guess I am. I do look at these completed wire sculptures and feel a sense of peace, particularly when artwork and shadows work together to create beauty and interest in a space. Each sculpture is unique, the handwoven element evident in its imperfect, yet soothingly repetitive loops.
