Labour of love and loops

Spending hours hunched over reels of wire, meticulously winding and weaving, might seem obsessive - and perhaps it is. But for me, it’s a labour of love. There’s a quiet rhythm to the process, a meditative quality in the looping of the wire. When a piece is finally complete, I feel a sense of peace - especially when light and shadow interact with the sculpture, adding depth and movement to a space. Each creation is one of a kind, its handwoven nature evident in the imperfect yet beautifully rhythmic loops that give it life.
